In our Grief Share support group you will receive information about the many ways grief can affect us and guidance to help you cope with those effects from trained people who have walked and others who are currently on the same path. At a weekly Grief Share meeting, you will view a video featuring respected counselors on grief-related topics. After that is a group discussion for sharing, support, and personal application of what you learn from the video. You will receive a book to take home filled with valuable exercises for navigating your personal grieving process. You will find loving support to help you come to terms with what has happened, find strength for the present and hope for the future.

Our first weekly session will begin on Friday, September 5th and continue for 13 weeks ending on November 28th. The sessions will run from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in Haney Hall. Please sign up bellow.
